Ordering
Placing an order on ekayafoods.com is a request, not a completed sale. An order is confirmed once we accept it. If an item has run out for the day we'll call you before preparing anything else.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include everything. Any packaging or delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices, but never after you've placed an order.
Payment
We currently accept cash and UPI on delivery or collection.
Cancellations
Because we only start cooking once you order, please cancel as early as you can — call +91 86794 75735. If we've already started cooking we may not be able to cancel.
If something is wrong
Call us the same day. If we got it wrong, we'll replace it or refund it. We'd much rather hear about it than have you not come back.
Food information
Everything we cook is pure vegetarian, prepared in a kitchen that has never handled meat, fish or egg. If you have an allergy, please tell us when you order — our dishes commonly contain dairy, wheat and nuts.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and give us accurate delivery details. We may suspend accounts used abusively or fraudulently.
