Ekaya Fresh Food Hub (“we”) runs ekayafoods.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. We keep it short because we genuinely don't collect much.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and profile picture, received from Google when you choose to sign in.
- Order details — what you ordered, your delivery or pickup address, and your phone number, so we can actually cook and hand over your food.
- Anything you write — reviews, order notes and messages you send us.
What we do with it
- Prepare and hand over your order.
- Contact you about that order if something is unclear.
- Show you your own order history and saved addresses.
- Send offers only if you opted in. You can opt out any time.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We never see or store your card details — we currently take cash and UPI only.
Who else touches your data
Our website hosting, our database provider and Google Sign-In. They process data on our behalf so the site works, and nothing more.
